As a thirty-one year member of the Toronto Police Service, Detective Sergeant Duncan (Ret'd) is fully conversant with all aspects of law pertaining to the private investigation industry.
Since his retirement in 1999, Al has maintained his association with members of numerous government, legal and law enforcement agencies.
