Things to weigh
- The daily commute to the GTA is long. This works best for remote or hybrid workers, retirees or people with jobs in Oxford County, London or Kitchener-Waterloo.
- Resale demand in smaller cities can be thinner than in the GTA, so plan to hold for the long term.
- Rental rates in Woodstock are lower than in the GTA, which matters if you are buying to rent.
Before you buy pre-construction
